Buber riders struggled with accessibility, relying on chance encounters or personal connections to secure rides. I designed a centralized app with real-time tracking, scheduling, and group ride features, addressing these pain points. By focusing on user research and iterative design, I delivered a seamless solution that simplifies shared transportation and enhances user reliability.
